16ZDEBSC Vacuum Type Heating and Cooling Type
It is possible to grind while heating (maximum temperature: 180°C) and cooling (minimum temperature: -20°C) in a vacuum.
■Features - The basic performance of the Ishikawa-type stirring and grinding machine remains unchanged, allowing for grinding treatment while heating and cooling in a vacuum. - The porcelain bowl is covered with a copper pot, providing uniform heat transfer. It is also compatible with high thermal conductivity stainless steel bowls. - Heating and cooling from -20°C to 180°C can be performed while stirring and grinding, using external circulating liquid. - There is a window on the left side for checking the ground material during processing. It is equipped with an inverter as standard, allowing control of the pestle's rotation speed. ■Suitable Use Cases - Slurries and pastes can be concentrated and dried while being dispersed and kneaded, allowing for fine grinding without solidifying the materials. - During the concentration process of slurries and pastes with added solvents, uniform dispersion and kneading treatment is achieved through the stirring effect of the pestle and the grinding action of the pestle tip. - Utilizing the dehydration effect of vacuum, it is possible to simultaneously grind and break down powder particles, allowing for the removal of moisture from hydrates and drying. This is also suitable for processing materials that are sensitive to moisture. - Concentration, drying, defoaming, and stirring and grinding treatment (simultaneous processing of stirring, grinding, kneading, dispersion, and mixing) can be performed in a vacuum/reduced pressure atmosphere or an inert gas replacement atmosphere such as argon or nitrogen, making it suitable for processing anaerobic (oxygen-sensitive) materials.
